Through its official twitter account, the Embassy of Mexico in Ukraine issued the warning to Mexicans in the affected territory for six months with the first bombing of russiaafter months of stress.
“To the Mexican community in Ukraine: we urge you to follow the recommendations issued by the Ukrainian government regarding the importance and urgency of taking shelter when hearing anti-aircraft alarms, particularly tomorrow, August 24.”

Why is August 24 important in Ukraine?
Although the Embassy of Mexico in Ukraine did not give more details regarding the situation that could be expected in the country and that cause such alerton August 24 – that is, tomorrow – Ukraine’s independence is celebrated.
“We must be aware that there may be disgusting Russian provocations and brutal bombings tomorrow,” warned in his traditional night message the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
