In the town of pachacutecfrom the province CallaoWest of Peruexploded a clandestine warehouse of fireworkswhere a balance of at least one people dead and 40 more injured.
Several videos and images are circulating on social networks that show the magnitude of the explosion, which caused damage in a radius of about 300 meters.
According to the firefighters of the province of El Callao, the fatality would be a woman, in addition to the fact that the injured have various injuries; some of them are hospitalized at the Ventanilla Hospital and their state of health is reported as serious.
Due to the explosion, a fire also broke out inside a warehouse, according to local media.
The emergency forces had difficulty extinguishing the flames due to the constant explosion of illegally stored pyrotechnic material.
Local media reported that the explosion affected at least 12 homes, shops and even a school.
