When the body fluids accumulate in a certain place, they can cause swelling and form edema. They can occur anywhere on the body: feet, legs, ankles, hands or even the face, according to a report from the US National Institute of Health.

Home remedies to deflate feet naturally

​1) Massages with chamomile tea

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties. Preparing an infusion with abundant chamomile in several liters of water, immersing it for at least 20 minutes and massaging it can be very beneficial to reduce swelling.

2) Aloe Vera

To deflate feet with home remedies with this plant, the ideal is to mix 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with 1 tablespoon of chamomile essential oil. Then, apply the preparation on the affected area and massage for 5 minutes. This process can be repeated up to 2 times a day.

3) Put your feet up

Lying on the couch or bed and resting your feet on the wall can help improve blood circulation and thus relieve swelling.
