Here comes an interesting message related to one of the most outstanding games in the Nintendo Switch catalog. We are talking in this case about Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse.

In the text that we leave you below, those responsible for the title confirm why they have been able to launch this title now: apparently, Maiden of Black Water paved the way for this to come true. Here it is:

Last year, the Fatal Frame series turned 20 years old. We thought a lot about what we could do with all the fans who have supported us up to that point. As a result, we released a remaster of Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water.

After some time had passed since the release, it attracted a lot of attention from everyone, and we received various kinds of opinions. In fact, we are glad that people all over the world are waiting to see a sequel and [otros] titles of series that are published.

There are also people who started playing Fatal Frame with Maiden of Black Water, so we want to convey more appeal of Japanese-style horror games. We decided to remaster and release Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, which was also highly requested. It will take a bit longer to launch, but we are currently developing it, so please wait until launch.
